What we collect

At sign-up — a username and email; optionally a city. When using the pet passport — data about your animals and their health. Technical data: cookies, IP address (hashed), browser information.

Purposes

Providing the service (account, pet passport, reminders), security, analytics and (with your consent) advertising.

Basis and consent

Processing is based on your explicit consent given at sign-up and via the cookie banner. Analytics and ads load only after consent.

Your rights

You can access your data, export it (in your account) and delete your account with all data at any time. Use the Contacts page for requests.

Storage and transfers

Data of Russian citizens is stored on servers in Russia. We use third-party analytics and ad services (Yandex, Google) — only after your consent.
